Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item. If more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in the same condition you received it

  • Include all accessories, cables, and packaging

  • Be returned with proof of purchase

GPS tracking devices must not show signs of installation, wiring, tampering, or water damage.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Activated GPS tracking devices that show usage or installation

  • Subscription fees or top-ups

  • Digital services, software downloads, or app-related purchases

  • SIM cards or data plans once activated

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

A partial refund may be granted if:

  • The item shows signs of use

  • The original packaging is missing or damaged

  • Parts, cables, or accessories are missing

  • The device shows configuration, activation, or login attempts

  • The return is outside the 30-day window but still reasonable


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
Processing time depends on your bank or card provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your card provider

  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

  • You must pay your own return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If a refund is issued, the original shipping fee may be deducted

  • For expensive items, we recommend tracked or insured shipping

We cannot guarantee receipt of items lost in transit.
