Subscription Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how customers can cancel their RedTrack subscription and what happens after cancellation.
It applies to all paid subscription plans linked to any RedTrack GPS tracking device or account.


1. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting:

support@redtrack.uk

Please provide:

  • Your full name

  • Email used on the account

  • Tracker IMEI number

  • Date you want cancellation to take effect

Future automated cancellation through the user account will be added when available.


2. Notice Period

Cancellations take effect immediately, meaning:

  • No further payments will be taken

  • Your subscription will not renew on the next billing date

You will continue to have access until the end of your current paid period.


3. Refunds on Cancellation

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once charged

  • Cancelling does not grant a refund for previous months

  • Pro-rata (partial month) refunds are not provided, unless required by law

This is standard across the tracking industry due to data access and platform usage.


4. Access to Tracking Data After Cancellation

Once your subscription expires:

  • Live tracking will stop

  • Historical data may be deleted

  • Alerts, notifications, and reporting features will be disabled

  • SIM/data connectivity may be paused or terminated

If you restart your subscription, access to past data may not be available.


5. Device Re-Activation

To reactivate, simply contact us or restart your subscription through your account (when available).

Reactivation may require:

  • Payment of the current subscription rate

  • Reconnection of your device

  • New SIM activation (if applicable)


6. Cancelling Due to Faulty Hardware

If your device has a confirmed hardware fault under warranty, we will:

  • Replace the device, or

  • Repair the device, or

  • Offer a refund (in line with your return rights)

Subscription payments are separate from hardware warranties and are not refunded.
