These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the products, software, mobile applications, GPS tracking devices, and services provided by Redtrack Security Ltd (“RedTrack”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Definitions

• “Services” – RedTrack’s website, mobile apps, tracking platform, hardware devices, alerts, data processing, and subscription services.

• “Device” – RedTrack GPS trackers or any compatible tracking hardware.

• “User”, “You”, “Your” – Any person or business using RedTrack Services.

• “Subscription” – Paid service allowing continued access to tracking, platform features, and data storage.

2. Eligibility

To use RedTrack Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Create an account with accurate information

• Use the Services in compliance with UK law

You agree not to register an account on behalf of someone else without their permission.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details

• All activity that occurs under your account

• Ensuring your device IDs (IMEI/serial numbers) are entered correctly

• Keeping your information accurate and up to date

If you believe your account is compromised, you must notify us immediately.

4. Permitted Use of the Services

You agree to use RedTrack Services only for lawful purposes.

This includes:

• Tracking assets you own or have explicit permission to track

• Using GPS data responsibly and in accordance with UK privacy laws

• Using devices in compliance with local regulations on covert tracking

You must NOT use RedTrack to:

• Track a person without their explicit consent

• Track a vehicle you don’t own or control

• Commit theft, harassment, surveillance, or any illegal activity

• Tamper with device firmware or server configuration

• Interfere with system integrity or cybersecurity protections

Illegal misuse will result in immediate termination of your account and may be reported to authorities.

5. Hardware Devices

RedTrack trackers require:

• An active subscription

• A functional SIM card

• Installation in accordance with the instructions provided

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect installation

• Devices damaged by misuse, water ingress, wiring errors, or impact

• Loss of GPS signal due to environmental conditions

• Network outages caused by third-party carriers

6. Subscriptions & Billing

RedTrack Services operate on a rolling subscription basis.

By activating a device, you agree to:

• Pay the recurring subscription fee

• Keep your billing information accurate and up to date

• Allow us to suspend or deactivate tracking if payments fail

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable once charging has occurred, except where required by law.

Suspension

If payment fails, we may:

• Pause live tracking

• Restrict access to historical data

• Disable alerts

Service resumes once the outstanding balance is paid.

7. Location Data & Tracking Information

When you use RedTrack Devices, you understand that:

• Real-time location data will be collected

• Historical routes will be stored while your subscription is active

• You must comply with all laws regarding personal data and tracking consent

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any person using a tracked vehicle is informed that tracking is active.

8. Data Storage & Retention

We retain GPS data for as long as your subscription remains active unless required otherwise by law.
Deleted accounts may retain minimal records for fraud prevention or compliance.

Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability, but no GPS tracking service can guarantee 100% uptime.

Performance may be affected by:

• Mobile network coverage

• GPS satellite availability

• Terrain, tunnels, or building obstruction

• Maintenance or service updates

• Third-party provider outages

RedTrack is not liable for failures caused by external factors outside our control.

10. Intellectual Property

All:

• Software

• Logos

• Brand assets

• Website content

• App design

• Documentation

You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or modify any part of the Services without permission.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to access backend systems or database structures

• Reverse engineer or clone the mobile app

• Use scripts, bots, or automated access tools

• Bypass subscription requirements

• Upload malicious code

• Resell or redistribute RedTrack Services without written approval

Violations may lead to immediate account termination.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• RedTrack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• RedTrack is not responsible for loss caused by poor installation, incorrect wiring, or user misuse

• Location accuracy may vary and is not guaranteed

• RedTrack is not liable for tracking data used unlawfully by the user

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redtrack Security Ltd from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your:

• Misuse of the Service

• Illegal tracking activity

• Violation of these Terms

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Misuse the Services

• Breach these Terms

• Fail to pay subscription fees

• Use the Services for illegal or harmful purposes

You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are significant, we will notify you via our website, app, or email.

Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
