3. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
This does not constitute acceptance — the contract begins when we dispatch your product.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for:

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices shown include VAT (unless otherwise stated).

Authorise RedTrack to charge your payment method for subscriptions

5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe on the website.

Risk of loss passes to you once the item is delivered to your address.
6. Installation Responsibility
You are responsible for:

Loss of signal due to environment or interference
For hardwired devices, professional installation is recommended.
7. Subscriptions
To use a RedTrack device, an active subscription is required.
Subscriptions:

Are billed monthly (or annually if chosen)

Renew automatically unless cancelled

May be suspended if payment fails

Are linked to the device IMEI
Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except where required by law.
Failure to pay may result in:

Loss of real-time tracking

Loss of historical data access
-
Temporary or permanent account suspension
8. SIM & Data Usage
Some devices include or require a SIM card.
You agree NOT to:

Remove the SIM for non-tracking use
-
Modify APN settings unless advised
-
Use excessive data beyond fair-usage limits
-
Use the SIM for voice calls or unrelated services
We may suspend SIM access for abuse, fraud, or improper use.
9. Return & Refund Policy
Your purchase is covered by a 30-day return period.
You must:

Return the item in unused condition

Include original packaging and accessories
-
Provide proof of purchase
Non-returnable items include:

Activated devices showing usage
-
SIM cards or data plans once activated
-
Subscription payments
-
Digital services or app access
Refunds will be issued once the item is inspected and approved.

10. Warranty
All RedTrack devices include a 12-month hardware warranty covering:

Manufacturing defects

Internal hardware faults not caused by use
The warranty does not cover:

Incorrect installation

Misuse, tampering, or opening the device

Software modification
We may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
11. User Responsibilities & Legal Compliance
You must use RedTrack products legally and responsibly.
You must NOT:

Track a person without their knowledge and consent

Track a vehicle you do not own or control

Use the device for stalking, harassment, or unlawful monitoring

Use the data for unlawful purposes
Illegal misuse may result in:

Account termination

Device deactivation
-
Reporting to legal authorities
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with UK privacy and tracking laws.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
RedTrack is not liable for:

Loss or theft of vehicles

Loss of business, income, or data
-
Incorrect installation or wiring
-
GPS inaccuracy due to environment
-
Mobile network outages
-
Third-party carrier issues
-
Misuse of tracking data by the customer
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service.
13. Data Usage & Privacy
Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, including:

GPS location data

Tracking history
-
Device identifiers
-
Account information
You must ensure users of a tracked vehicle understand tracking is active.
14. Suspensions & Terminations
We may suspend access to your account if:

You violate these Terms

Your subscription payment fails

You misuse the device

Illegal activity is suspected
We may permanently terminate access for serious or repeated violations.
15. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation:

Stops future payments
-
Does NOT refund previous months

May result in loss of stored tracking data
To cancel, contact us or use your account portal if available.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in:
