1. No Guarantee of GPS Accuracy

GPS accuracy depends on:

• Weather conditions

RedTrack does not guarantee 100% accuracy in:

• Live location

• Speed readings

• Route history

• Alerts or notifications

2. Not a Theft-Proof System

RedTrack devices help monitor vehicles — they are not anti-theft devices.

We are not liable for:

• Loss or theft of vehicles

• Damage caused by third parties

• Recovery failures

Tracking tools support recovery but cannot prevent crime.

3. No Liability for Network Issues

Tracking performance relies on third-party networks.

We are not responsible for:

• Mobile network outages

• SIM provider downtime

• GPS signal loss

• Server maintenance windows

4. Customer Misuse

You are solely responsible for:

• Legal and ethical use of tracking

• Obtaining consent when required

• Complying with UK privacy laws

• Correct installation of devices

We accept no liability for:

• Illegal tracking

• Misuse of data

• Harm caused to others

• Damage caused by improper installation

5. Software & System Limitations

Although we aim for high uptime, we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service

• Data availability

• Real-time updates at all times

• Compatibility with all devices

• Error-free operation

6. Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Redtrack Security Ltd’s total liability cannot exceed the amount you paid for the product or service.

We do not accept liability for:

• Indirect losses

• Loss of income

• Loss of business

• Loss of data

• Consequential damages
